ADOLESCENTS & ADULTS
Teenagers and adults who meet with me for personal therapy often want to explore ways to manage strong emotions, adjust negative thinking patterns, change problematic behaviours, or develop coping skills to deal with a range of life stressors.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals to develop and maintain healthy interpersonal and romantic relationships, and to overcome communication problems, mistrust, or chronic conflict. I often work with high achievers, who are struggling with boundary setting, perfectionism and work-life balance.
How I Work
I work sensitively, creatively and inclusively, and encourage my clients to share any concerns they may have about therapy. I help them gain further insight into their formative developmental experiences and relationships, and set realistic and achievable goals. I enjoy having a laugh and observing my clients grow and develop.
