Children often come to see me for anxiety and fears, relationship difficulties, anger issues, family stress, school refusal, sleep problems and developmental conditions, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.

I assist teenagers and adults to navigate social, work, family and romantic relationships, and improve mental health and well-being, self-confidence and assertiveness.

I empower mothers and fathers with knowledge, practical tools and support to improve their connection to their children, manage emotional and behavioural issues, and enhance family functioning.

Jessica offers cognitive, academic, emotional and behavioural assessments. She diagnoses learning and developmental conditions, and work with parents and schools to create individual support plans.

Jessica work with couples to improve communication, develop shared empathy and understanding, navigate conflict, and cope with external stressors and life transitions. She also works with same-sex and cross-cultural couples.

Jessica offers support throughout the perinatal period, from pregnancy to the weeks and months after childbirth. She helps with pre- and post-natal anxiety and mood disturbance, infant attachment and development, fertility issues and assistive reproduction.
