Children 

Children often come to see me for anxiety and fears, persistent sadness, relationship difficulties, anger issues, family stress, school refusal and sleep problems. I also assist  with developmental conditions, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. 

Families can benefit from support throughout the perinatal period, from pregnancy to the weeks and months after childbirth. I help with pre- and post-natal anxiety and mood disturbance, and provide education about infant attachment and development.

        Adolescents & Adults

I work with teenagers and young adults to understand and overcome a number of personal challenges. I assist with navigating social, work, family and romantic relationships, and improving mental health and well-being. I also offer support to increase self-confidence and assertiveness.

        Assessments

I offer assessments of academic, cognitive, emotional and behavioural functioning. I diagnose learning and developmental conditions, and work with parents and schools to create individual support plans. 

       Parents 

I provide support to mothers, fathers and couples and empower them with practical tools and strategies to enhance their child's well-being, manage conduct issues and reduce family conflict.

        Learning Support 

Students can attend focused individual sessions to improve study skills, such as time management, planning, and test strategies. I also assist with managing stress, overcoming barriers to engagement, and building resilience.
